He did his National Youth Service in Rivers State and has been in private legal practice since 1992.<\/p><p>Mr. John Aikpokpo-Martins has served the Nigerian Bar Association in many capacities. He was the Chairman, NBA-Warri Branch, 2014 \u2013 2016; Vice Chairman, Warri Branch, 2010 \u2013 2012. He was elected the 1st Vice President of the Nigerian Bar Association and served from 2020-2022. He was also elected and is the present Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Public Interest and Development Law (NBA-SPIDEL).
